Write from the email associated with your GameSet account when you can. Include your username, the club or session name, and what you already tried so we can answer without a long back-and-forth.
In-app support
If you already have an account, sign in and open support to create a ticket. Tickets stay attached to your user so we can see the same games, clubs, and payments you see. Guests who are not signed in should email contact@gameset.io instead of the ticket form.
What we can and cannot do over email
We can help you start an Americano or tournament, answer account questions, and point clubs at web setup for locations and Stripe. We cannot invent a public API, change another player's scores without an organizer role, or share private account data over an unverified address. We do not publish a phone number or walk-in office on this page. Email is the canonical way for people and agents to contact GameSet.
